1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for Pathways to Success 2026 – Where Potential Meets Purpose, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with registration.

2. Registration & Admission

• All registrations must be completed through the official registration channels.
• Participation is limited to 200 attendees, and seats will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• The organizer reserves the right to Register  or decline any registration at its discretion.
• A confirmation email or receipt will serve as proof of successful registration.

3. Payment Policy

• Full payment must be made to confirm your participation.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, confirmed registrations will not be affected.
• Any applicable taxes or transaction fees are the responsibility of the participant unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• All registration fees are non-refundable, unless the event is canceled by the organizer.
• In case of cancellation by the organizer, participants will be entitled to a full refund or the option to transfer to a rescheduled event.
• Registration transfers to another individual may be permitted upon prior written notice to the organizer.

5. Event Changes

• The organizer reserves the right to modify the event schedule, speakers, sessions, or venue if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Such changes will not entitle participants to a refund.

6. Code of Conduct

• Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully at all times.
• Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
• The organizer reserves the right to remove any participant who violates this code without refund.

7. Photography & Media

• The event may be photographed and recorded.
• By attending, you grant the organizer permission to use your image, likeness, or voice in promotional materials, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.

8. Personal Data & Privacy

• Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for event management, communication, and experience enhancement.
• Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

9. Liability Disclaimer

• The organizer is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the event.
• Participation is at your own risk.

10. Force Majeure

• The organizer shall not be held liable for any delay or cancellation caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies.

11. Intellectual Property

• All event content, including presentations and materials, remains the intellectual property of the respective speakers and organizers.
• Unauthorized recording, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
